When the concentration and viscosity are low, 200-400 meshes are generally used.
Spray paint and bake paint. Generally, 325 mesh and 400 mesh are used.
2. Resin (liquid, powder)
The range of mesh used is: 60 mesh --- 250 mesh
The viscosity and concentration are high, and the mesh is thicker.
The viscosity and concentration are low, and the mesh is finer.
3. Powder coating (raw material manufacturing)
Generally used mesh: 100 mesh, 120 mesh. However, a few use 150 mesh and 200 mesh.
The powder coating processing industry (recycling after painting) is generally 60, 80, and 100 meshes due to the small quantity.
