Application of Small Screw Conveyor

Small screw conveyors are used in pharmaceutical, flour, feed, chemical or any process that requires precise, small, or even very small footprint feeding. After the main feeder is closed, continue feeding to the outlet of the larger main screw feeder to improve the feeding accuracy, usually installed on the main screw feeder below the feeder.

Delivery range: 0-100g/h, 100-1000g/h, 1-5Kg/h, 5-10Kg/h.

Application: suitable for horizontal or less than 20° inclination, conveying powdery, granular and small block materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, etc.

Driving device: including motor, reducer, and coupling. The motor is responsible for driving. The reducer prevents the screw shaft from rotating too fast and causes damage to the conveyor. The coupling is responsible for transmitting power to the screw shaft.

Spiral shaft: It is made of a long and narrow steel plate with a certain thickness twisted into a spiral shape, and the shaft or shaftless design can be selected (the shaftless design is more suitable for conveying high water content, paste, ribbon, etc. easy-to-build materials).

Chassis: A circular sealing pipe is used for feeding the sealing equipment.

Feeding and discharging device: It is divided into four kinds: feeding port, square discharging port, hand-pushing discharging port, and rack-type discharging port. Users can open welding on the body by themselves.
