In terms of screening output, the model and output range of the tumbler scre are larger, which can better meet the requirements of customers with large output and high demand.

2. Screening accuracy

Under the condition of maintaining effective screening, the tumbler scre can accurately screen 6 grades (5 layers of screen mesh), and the precision can be as fine as 800 mesh, while the ultrasonic vibro sifer has a maximum of 4 grades (3 layers of screen mesh), the most fine and general It is 600 mesh, and the general vibro sifer configuration screen is 300 mesh.

In terms of screening accuracy and classification requirements, for users who have higher and stricter requirements for accuracy and classification, it is recommended to choose a tumbler scre.

3. Screening method

The oscillating screen imitates the manual screening method, and combines the two actions of "screening" and "tumbling" to make the material perform circular motion and low-altitude jumping motion on the screen, increase the contact area of ​​the material during the screening process, and enable the material to Gentle and finer sieving;

The ultrasonic vibro sifer converts the electrical energy generated by the motor into mechanical energy and acts on the screen through the ultrasonic transducer, and the material on the screen surface is driven along with it to achieve rapid sieving.

4. Net cleaning device
