In the washing powder production line, the washing powder is first passed through a drum screen and enters the belt conveyor. Due to the weather, the washing powder will get damp and cause agglomeration. Therefore, a vibratory sifter is needed to clean out the agglomerated materials. The screen adopts a 2mm mesh.

The vibratory sifter uses a single horizontal vibration motor or dual vibration sources as the excitation source. The specific use of single or double is mainly related to the equipment and output. The motor is located on the side of the machine body. After the material enters the screen surface, it is subjected to the force of the vibration source. Make an elliptical motion track on the screen surface, and then quickly and reciprocately complete the screen-passing action. At the same time, the material is quickly stripped, broken up and reorganized. The discharge port is directly under the screen, and the washing powder can be quickly passed through the screen and discharged. Remove impurities with less material on the sieve.

General washing powder: <20 mesh and> 80 mesh, hollow granular washing powder particle diameter is about 0.5-0.8mm, apparent specific gravity is in the range of about 0.25~0.45, the particles are uniform, not sticky or agglomerated. The density of ordinary household washing powder is generally 0.28-0.45g/mL, and the density of industrial washing powder is generally 0.66-1.04g/mL. Note: The density here is the density of the powder, and the unit is g/mL.

The vibratory sifter for washing powder can be used directly in the pipeline in series to remove foreign matter and impurities in the pipeline without manual operation and avoid secondary pollution of the material. After the material is sieved, it is directly entered into the packaging machine for packaging, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficient.
