Vibratory Sifter for Grading Spices

Spices are the seeds, flower buds, fruits, flowers, bark and roots of plants. After the drying and grinding process of the spices, this fine fragrance must be sieved before packaging to remove any unwanted impurities and excessive materials. The vibratory sifter is used to screen fragrances and remove excessive contaminants from fragrances, while ensuring consistent product quality.

The vibratory sifter divides the fragmented materials with different particle sizes through a single-layer or multi-layer sieve surface with uniform holes for many times, and divides them into several different levels to become sieving. After a large number of broken materials with different particle sizes and mixed coarse and fine particles enter the screen surface, only a part of the particles contact the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, the material layer on the screen is loosened, which further expands the gap between the large particles. The particles take the opportunity to pass through the gap and transfer to the lower layer or conveyor. Due to the small gaps between small particles and large particles cannot pass through, the original disorderly arrangement of particle groups separates, that is, they are stratified according to particle size, forming an arrangement rule with small particles on the bottom and coarse particles on the top.

Ultrasonic frequency is applied to the screen to break the surface tension and keep the powder free from agglomeration in the screen holes, thereby reducing the downtime for cleaning the screen.
