Standard test sieves usually have 100mm, 200mm, 300mm and other models, and can also be customized into 75mm and 400mm according to customer requirements. According to the production process of the screen mesh, the standard test sieve mesh is divided into the following three categories:

1. Wire woven mesh test sieve

It has a wide range of applications, and the mesh shape is a square hole, which is cheap, has a wide range of applications, and is light and durable.

1. φ75 test sieve

A set of Φ75 standard test sieves has a total of 37 sieves, including 12 wire woven mesh sieves with a mesh size of 200μm~300μm, and 25 precision electroforming sieves with a mesh size of 200455μm-41μm. It is used for the inspection of the particle size composition of superhard materials. In ISO6106, the national standard GB/T6406-1996 "superabrasive, synthetic diamond or cubic boron nitride particle size".

2. φ200 standard pharmacopoeia sieve

In line with the provisions of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia", it is mainly used in the field of pharmaceutical and medical screening and testing. The sieve hole is the largest, the sieve frame of No. 9 sieve is the smallest, and the larger the number, the coarser the powder. The corresponding mesh numbers of Nos. 1-9 are 10 mesh, 24 mesh, 50 mesh, 65 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 120 mesh, 150 mesh, and 200 mesh.

3. φ200/300 standard soil sieve

It is mainly used to analyze the particle size distribution of soil. The common diameter is 200mm or 300mm. A set of soil sieves consists of 10 screens and a set of bottom covers. The apertures are: 0.075mm, 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 20mm, 40mm, 60mm.
