Types of Automatic Powder Sifter

1. Direct discharge sifter

It is mainly used to remove agglomerates, foreign matter and contaminants, usually with an impurity content of around 5%, which is very suitable for screening powders in large quantities. The advantage of using this kind of sieve is: because the inlet and outlet of the straight sieve are in the same vertical direction, that is, the direct discharge method is adopted, and the sifted flour is directly discharged through the screen at the outlet below. It is suitable for large output and coarse material screening, and the output per hour can be as high as 30 tons.

2. Vibro sifter

While removing impurities such as agglomeration and thread ends in the powder, it meets the primary requirements, and at the same time, by increasing the number of screen layers, the powder can be classified with different fineness. The advantage of this sieve is that it has the functions of impurity removal and classification at the same time. Secondly, although its output is not high (100-3300 kg/h), it has high sieving accuracy and can generally sieve powdery materials within 500 mesh.

If your processing volume is large, you can choose direct discharge sifter, if your product is small, you can choose vibro sifter.
