Screw Conveyor for Fly Ash

Fly ash screw conveyors are used to transport fly ash to loading bellows for unloading from power plants to tank trucks.

Working principle of fly ash screw conveyor

The fly ash in the cement silo is transported to the storage hopper through the conveying equipment, or directly to the weighing hopper. When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the frictional force generated by the tank wall, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveying trough under the push of the blade.

1. Specifications include 140/165/219/273/325/426 and other models, the length can reach 1-20 meters, and can transport fly ash, cement powder and other products horizontally or inclined (<50 degrees).

2. Double-pitch blades are adopted to reduce the compression degree of materials during transportation and avoid clogging.

4. The optional universal ball head is adopted, which is convenient for installation, adjustment and steering.

5. Reliable dustproof and lubricating facilities can prevent tiny particulate matter from entering the bearing.
