Working Principle of Concrete Auger Conveyor

When the screw shaft of the concrete auger conveyor rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction generated by the wall of the tank, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveyor tank under the push of the blades. The situation is like The non-rotating nut moves in translation along the rotating screw. The movement of materials in the middle bearing depends on the thrust of the materials moving forward. Therefore, the transportation of materials in the conveyor is entirely a slipping motion.
