Vibration platform product overview (with standard model model list)

Vibration platform is a very common vibration platform for concrete, cement and prefabricated parts. Its main purpose is to homogenize the prefabricated parts and expel the air bubbles in them, so as to make the prefabricated parts more solid and beautiful.

Conventional vibration platforms can be divided into ordinary vibration platforms, three-dimensional vibration platforms, special circular vibration platforms, etc.

Ordinary vibration platforms generally use 2-4 motors, and three-dimensional vibration platforms use 6-8 motors. Compared with ordinary vibration platforms and three-dimensional vibration platforms, the vibration motors are installed around the vibration platform, and the vibration motors of circular vibration platforms are installed on the bottom of the device.

Ordinary vibration platforms usually only have up and down vibration effects; three-dimensional vibration platforms have circular motion and up and down motion, and the vibration effect is more uniform and soft; compared with ordinary and three-dimensional vibration platforms, the excitation force of circular vibration platforms is more concentrated.

As a vibration forming machine, the vibration platform is suitable for the vibration compacting of various thin-walled components, hollow floor slabs, large roof panels, beams, columns and other prefabricated parts. It can work at an ambient temperature of -15°C to 40°C, and can withstand a relative humidity higher than 85%, so the vibration platform is suitable for most working conditions.
