The vibrating table is also often called a concrete vibrating platform. It is mainly composed of a table top, a chassis, a vibrator, and a spring. .

Vibrator: vibrating motor, which forms a vibrating structure. Usually, the number of motors is 4, 6, 8, 10... (usually an even number), which is the power source of the vibrating platform.

Chassis: The supporting structure of the entire vibrating platform.

Spring: It has the functions of conducting the exciting force of the motor, supporting and damping, and can be designed as steel springs, rubber springs, composite springs and air cushion springs.

Table top: The uppermost part is used to place prefabricated parts or castings that need to be processed.

The vibration platform has a simple structure and clear purpose, and can be designed in square, rectangular, circular and other appearances according to requirements, and generally has no other special requirements.
