1. Paint class:

When the concentration and viscosity are low, 200 meshes to 400 meshes are generally used.

2. Resin

Applicable mesh range: 60 mesh - 250 mesh

When the viscosity and concentration are high, the mesh is thicker.

When the viscosity and concentration are low, use a finer mesh.

3. Powder coating

Paint shaker sieve for powder coating. Filtration purpose: to make the coating powder more delicate, to break up false agglomerates, and to intercept the agglomerated particles.

Generally use mesh: 100 mesh, 120 mesh. But there are also a few with 150 mesh, 200 mesh.

Due to the small amount of powder coating processing industry (recycling after painting), the general mesh is 60, 80, and 100 mesh.
