Dfference Between Vibro Sifter and Mechanical Sifter

The difference between Vibro sifter and mechanical sifter is as follows:

1. The screening accuracy is different

Vibro sifteris suitable for screening 0-400 mesh, whether it is liquid or slurry, 0-600 mesh can be filtered. The material to be screened by the rotary vibrating screen can be dry or wet.

Mechanical sifter: Suitable for screening various dry powder or granular materials with a particle size of 0.074-5mm, a water content of less than 7%, and no viscosity (the materials must be in a dry state). The feed size is not more than 10mm.

2. The working principle is different

Vibro sifter: Through the eccentric hammers installed up and down the vertical vibration motor, the rotation motion of the motor is transformed into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then this motion is transmitted to the net surface, and the phase angle of the upper and lower weight hammers of the motor can be changed. Change the direction of movement of the material.

Mechanical sifter: Driven by dual vibrating motors, materials are discarded on the screen surface and move forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading materials.

3. The capacity is different

Compared with the mechanical sifter, the output of the Vibro sifter is smaller. The ecological sifter has a large output and low energy consumption, which can be used for assembly line work.

Summary: Vibro sifter is more finely sieved, but its capacity is higher than that of mechanical sifter, and mechanical sifter has a larger output and the screening effect is not as accurate as vibro sifter.
