1. From the form of the chain plate, it can be divided into:

Lotus leaf type heavy-duty chain plate conveyor: the gap is small, suitable for conveying small objects.

Scale-type heavy-duty chain conveyor: It is formed by a series of metal scales supported on roller chains and overlapped with each other. It is used to transport a large amount of bulk materials and single heavy objects, especially for large, heavy, hot and corrosive materials.

2. From the conveying form, it can be divided into:

Straight-type heavy-duty chain plate conveyor: add plate-type components between the chains on both sides of the conveyor to convey irregular items.

Climbing (lifting) heavy-duty chain plate conveyor: used for inclined conveying, and the climbing height can be customized according to the next technological process to be fed.

Chain conveyors are suitable for conveying various bulk products to small products. Its advantages are its temperature resistance (up to 800°C), low conveying speed (especially in the case of abrasive bulk materials) and its robust and dust-proof design, with a wide range of possible applications and different configurations.
