The preparation process of reduced iron powder is divided into primary reduction and secondary reduction:

One reduction is the reduction of solid carbon to produce sponge iron. The main process is: (iron concentrate, rolled steel scales, etc.) → drying → magnetic separation → crushing → screening → canning → entering a reduction furnace → sponge iron.

Secondary fine reduction process: sponge iron→cleaning→crushing→magnetic separation→secondary reduction furnace→powder block→shredding→magnetic separation→screening→grading→mixing→packaging→finished product.
