Screening Demand

Circular vibrating sieve for spices divides the fragmented materials with different particle sizes through a single-layer or multi-layer sieve surface with uniform holes for multiple times, and divides them into several different levels to become sieving. After a large number of broken materials with different particle sizes and mixed coarse and fine particles enter the screen surface, only a part of the particles contact the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, the material layer on the screen is loosened, which further expands the gap between the large particles. The particles take the opportunity to pass through the gap and transfer to the lower layer or conveyor. Because the gap between small particles is small and large particles cannot pass through, the originally disorderly arrangement of particles separates, that is, they are stratified according to the size of the particles, forming an arrangement rule with small particles on the bottom and coarse particles on the top.

It uses seamless welds and is easy to clean. The device can be equipped with up to 4 screens, and can achieve high throughput, while providing higher screening accuracy when all screens are full of material flow. The unique rubber suspension assembly reduces the noise level and provides maximum vibration for the screen, thereby increasing output and quality. Circular vibrating sieve adds an ultrasonic cleaning device to ensure that the mesh clogging problem encountered before is eliminated. Ultrasonic frequency is applied to the screen to break the surface tension and keep the powder free from agglomeration in the screen holes, thereby reducing the downtime for cleaning the screen. Due to the elimination of grid clogging, product quality remains consistent throughout the production process.
