How does the Grain Auger Conveyor work?

Grain auger conveyor is mainly composed of feed port, spiral blade, cylinder, hopper, drive device, discharge port and other parts. During operation, after the grain is conveyed to the shell of the screw feeder through the feeding port, the grain is subjected to the centrifugal force and the frictional force of the pipe wall in the internal spiral groove, and rotates together with the spiral blade, and rotates along the spiral under the action of gravity. The trough slides down, so that the grain is continuously pushed forward and conveyed, and is evenly discharged from the discharge port.
