Filter needs

In sewage treatment, the purpose of using liquid vibrating screen is primary filtration. Generally, the filter mesh selected is 60 mesh, 80 mesh, 120 mesh or 200 mesh;

The size of the sewage pipe diameter determines the flow of sewage into the material, and also determines the selection of the type of liquid vibrating screen. Too large a model will cause the sewage to be evenly dispersed on the screen surface, and a too small model will cause the overflow of sewage to be filtered normally.

Generally speaking, the diameter of the feeding pipe is between 50-80mm, and the liquid vibrating screen of 600-800mm is generally selected;

The diameter of the feeding pipe is between 80-150mm, and the liquid vibrating screen of 1000-1200mm is generally selected;

In order to ensure the convenience of operation and maintenance, the size of liquid vibrating screen generally does not exceed 1200mm.

Advantages of liquid vibrating screen:

1. Good sealing. The body of the liquid vibrating screen is welded seamlessly, the sealing ring between the screen frames is tightly connected, and the sewage does not leak;

2. Corrosion resistance. Sewage is corrosive and can easily cause metal to rust. The liquid vibrating screen is designed with stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, does not rust, and has a longer service life;

3. Waterproof motor. The parts of the motor surface, including the front and rear covers and the outer casing, are of a seamless structure to avoid short-circuit failure caused by the infiltration of sewage;

4. Movable design. Install liquid vibrating screen trolley or universal wheel, move flexibly and cooperate with production.
