Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a relatively complete elastic system of double-particle directional forced vibration. The whole system works in a low critical resonance state. Since the coil flows with a unidirectional pulsating current after half-wave rectification, the electromagnet generates a corresponding pulse electromagnetic force. In the positive half cycle of the alternating current, the pulsating current flows through the coil, generating a pulsating electromagnetic suction force between the iron core and the armature, causing the trough to move backward, and the main spring of the exciter is deformed to store potential energy; in the negative half cycle, no current flows through the coil, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature is separated from the electromagnet under the action of the spring force, causing the trough to move forward, so that the trough continuously reciprocates at the frequency of the AC power supply.

When current passes through, the electromagnetic coil will generate magnetic field, which makes the iron core attracted or repelled, thus generating vibration.

Vibration: The change of magnetic field makes the iron core produce periodic attraction and repulsion movement, thereby driving the vibrator to vibrate.
Conveying materials: The vibrator transmits vibration to the feed trough or conveying trough, so that the material produces continuous and uniform vibration in the trough, thereby realizing the conveying of materials.
