Wheat Corn Collecting Machine uses a high-performance gasoline engine as power and a fan as a device to suck grain. It can quickly collect the grain drying on the cement floor and put it into bags. The operator only needs to observe the height of the grain in the woven bag and replace the woven bag in time to operate normally. Under skilled operation, 40 to 60 bags of grain can be harvested per hour (80 jin/bag), that is, 1.6 tons-2.4 tons/hour, which is very efficient. Under normal circumstances, the grain collection speed is 40 to 50 seconds per bag (1kg/s). If the operation is skilled, changing bags basically does not affect the grain collection, so the working efficiency can basically reach 60 bags/hour.

The machine consists of power system, main steel frame, auto clutch transmission system, gear box system, spiral propeller collecting system and cleaning system. The main machine frame is made by 20*40 regular tube steel to assure the stable working status.

Grain collecting and bagging is under the outside of the material box. Compared with the grain collecting machine, the operation is simpler and there is no need to open and close the box door, saving time.

Belt drive is adopted, and the fan and engine are not easy to be damaged.

The engine has its own clutch. When the throttle is small, the fan stops running, the load is small and the fuel consumption is reduced. The clutch also has the function of protecting the engine. It automatically slips when it is blocked, so as not to damage the engine.

The grain suction port is equipped with an automatic profiling device, which can automatically adjust the height when the ground is uneven to ensure the stability of grain collection and no missed collection.

Compared with the scraper and auger grain collectors on the market, the grain damage rate is very low because it uses airflow as the grain collection medium.

The grains that can be collected include rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, tea seeds, melon seeds, ginkgo (gingko) and other grains and dried fruits.
