Vibro Sifter Capacity

Vibro sifter is specially designed to remove excessive contaminants in liquids and powders. Due to their compact structure, these vibrating screens can be easily installed anywhere on your production line. Their height is less than half that of traditional screens, but they have greater screening capacity.

Vibro Sifter Capacity Range：100Kg-2000 Kg /hour

For users with small output, we will recommend small models of vibro sifter such as 400mm, 600mm, and for users who have larger requirements for output, we generally recommend users to choose larger models of 1500mm, 1800m, and 2000mm. 

There are many factors that affect the capacity of the vibro sifter, such as the moisture content of the material, the size of the material, the saturation of the material, the frequency of the vibration motor of the screen machine itself, and the working conditions during installation. Today I will share with you how to calculate the vibro sifter capacity (that is, the material output under normal conditions).

Q …… Processing capacity (unit: t/h)

b …… Width of vibrating screen equipment (unit: m)

v …… Material running speed (unit: m/s)

h …… Average thickness of materials (unit: m)

γ…… Bulk density of materials (unit: t/m3)
