2. Grading. You can choose 1-6 layers of sieves with different meshes, and generally choose 2-3 layers of sieves for nut classification, which can divide nuts into 3-4 specifications according to size, and the grading accuracy can reach 95% and above.

Screening Process

Select a suitable mesh screen and open the vibrating screen, pour the dried fruit into the nut vibrating screen, with the exciting force generated by the reverse motor at the same frequency, the dried fruit jumps and disperses on the screen, and the smaller nuts and broken nuts And other impurities with small particle size may be leaked to the lower screen during the jumping and scattering process for continuous screening until they reach the discharge port and are discharged.
