Types of Flour Sifter

From the perspective of the material properties of flour, flour is easier to sifter, and there is no high requirement for the screening capacity of the vibrating screener. From the perspective of the use of flour, the purpose of flour screening is mainly to remove impurities and sieve loose. Requirements, in order to facilitate customer understanding and purchase, the vibrating screen manufacturer (Dahan Machinery) will distinguish and introduce the flour sifter according to the common purpose of flour screening and application scenarios.

1. Direct discharge sifter-used for rough removal of flour

In the process of flour preparation, the flour formed by grinding will be mixed with wheat bran; in addition, when the finished flour is used for instant noodle processing, biscuit processing, and noodle processing, the flour will be mixed with large quantities such as certificate of conformity accidentally falling into the flour and packaging thread. Particle impurities, usually the content of impurities is about 5%, in order to quickly remove these impurities, usually direct discharge sifter as the flour sifter, at this time the general sieve mesh requirement is 18 mesh.

Direct discharge sifter uses the excitation force provided by the vibrating motors installed on both sides of the sieve to drive the flour to move up and down on the sieve surface, and adopts a direct discharge method. The sifted flour is directly discharged through the sieve at the bottom. The material outlet is discharged, which is in line with the requirements of rough removal of impurities and high output of flour.

2. Flour sifting loose-use vibro sifter for sifting

Flour is also the main raw material for refined foods such as bread and cakes. Due to the requirements of the production process, flour is required to have sufficient fluffiness when making fluffy refined pastries without agglomeration. At this time, a flour shaker is required to screen the flour. Generally, it is required to use a 40-mesh sieve to sift the flour.

Vibro sifter, as a high-precision flour vibrating sieve, not only can easily screen the impurities of flour, but also has a significant effect on the loosening of flour, which fully meets the needs of customers for this screening, but the screening output is not as good as straight-line flour The vibrating screen is large, generally 200-300 kg/h. In addition, in order to improve the quality and economic value of flour, many flour mills will further select the flour products to improve the fineness and precision of flour. The sieving accuracy is required to be 400 meshes, and the rotary vibrating sieve can be easily used. For high-precision sieving equipment within 400 meshes, it plays a key role in the selection of flour.

The above are two commonly used types of flour sifter.
