2. Difficulty of cleaning: If the internal transducer needs to be replaced or cleaned, it is more complicated to open the screen box and lift the grid; the external transducer will be more convenient to clean and replace.

3. Service life: Because the internal transducer is placed inside the screen box, and the materials screened by the ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen are extremely fine, it is inevitable that materials will enter the transducer, which will cause damage to the transducer, and the external type will be installed. The external support device can improve the stability of the interface and reduce the friction between the connecting wire of the transducer and the screen, so the service life of the external transducer will be longer than the built-in time.

4. Price: Although the internal transducer has certain defects in its service life and installation, its price is relatively low. Since the installation and design of the external transducer need to increase costs, the price will be relatively high.
