Maintenance of flexible screw conveyors for silica sand

1. Check whether the power supply is matched and reliable during operation. A dedicated person should be in charge. If any abnormality occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately to avoid damage to the equipment. Normal operation can only be carried out after the abnormality is eliminated.

2. The V-belt has been adjusted when the equipment leaves the factory, but it will become loose after a period of time, affecting the discharging effect. At this time, stop the operation, open the two side plates, and adjust the motor adjustment bolts. If the V-belt is severely worn, it needs to be replaced with a V-belt of the same model. It is normal to have vibration when starting the machine without load, and you can load the material immediately.

3. If the discharge port of the silica sand flexible screw conveyor is blocked during operation, you can open the front cover and check whether there are foreign objects in the material box, and then remove the foreign objects. At the same time, check whether there are cloth strips, plastic cloth and other entanglements at the feed port and remove them thoroughly. At the same time, clear some sand in the discharge port pipe (about 1 meter), and then open it.
