Introduction and display of standard models and special designs of filter sieves

The standard type of filter sieve refers to the 450 type filter sieve. The size of the whole machine is 360 × 300 × 470mm, and the weight of the whole machine is only 42 kg. The part in contact with the material to be filtered is made of stainless steel. The diameter of the surface is 400mm, and the overall footprint is not large. It can be retracted and placed at will, and other sizes can be designed according to needs.

Special design of filter sieve:

Trolley base: easy to move to adapt to frequent changes in the filter site, fast retraction;

Elevated base: match the height of the feeding equipment to avoid the material splashing due to the excessive drop between the sieve surface and the feeding equipment;

Open discharge port: the material with good fluidity and few impurities is filtered, and the material is discharged quickly;

Add valve discharge port: closed valve switch, suitable for viscous or false agglomerated materials with poor fluidity and difficult to sieve, can close the valve to prolong the filtering time of the material on the sieve and improve the sieveing accuracy;

Tubular discharge port: easy to splash liquid or extremely light powder material with excellent fluidity, reduce splashing and scattering.

Other designs can be adjusted according to specific filtration needs, such as adding iron separators, dust collectors, observation window covers, special materials, special motors or machine colors, etc.
