After the soymilk is boiled, in order to make the soymilk or soy products taste more delicate, the cooked soymilk is generally passed through a fine sieve of 200-300 mesh for impurity removal, and the fine residue in the soymilk is removed, such as the fuzz formed by expansion or remaining in the soymilk bucket. impurities.

The sieved soymilk has a delicate taste when drinking directly, and adjusting the concentration through the brain will not affect the formation of the gel or the taste of the finished product due to the existence of the dregs, which not only improves the output of soy products, but also improves the quality.
