Mobile Screw Conveyor for Calcium Carbonate

Overview

Calcium carbonate is quantitatively fed into the universal feeding port of the screw conveying equipment through the screw conveyor, and the screw rotation drives the rotating screw blade to push the material forward for screw conveying. Put it into the dissolving tank at the discharge port.

Challenge

Our client, a calcium carbonate producer of different mesh sizes, wanted to speed up and improve the transport of 200 mesh calcium carbonate, from manually unloaded silos to trucks, requiring the equipment to be mobile because the silos were in different locations.

Solution

Install locking wheels under common screw conveyors, locking wheels provide additional stability and safety, the mobility of the system allows it to be used for multiple product applications in different areas of the plant, easy to maintain, easy to use within the plant, efficient and Sturdy.
