Overview

Machine-made sand refers to sand processed by sand making machines and other auxiliary equipment. The finished products are more regular, and can be processed into sand of different rules and sizes according to different process requirements, which can better meet daily needs. Machine-made sand requires professional equipment to produce qualified and applicable sand.

Challenge

First, the stone is initially crushed by the coarse crusher. Then, the produced coarse material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the fine crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed stone is fed into the sandscreening machine to screen out two kinds of stones, which meet the feeding requirements of the sand making machine. The stones of the particle size are used for sand making, and the other part is returned for fine crushing.

Solution

The sand screening machine designed for the customer adopts a double-channel design, and the feeding port is designed with a flange, which is used to connect the upstream feeding equipment on the site, so that the manufactured sand can enter and discharge automatically, saving labor costs and time. In addition, the sand screening machine is full Closed design, manufactured sand produces less dust during screening.
