1. Screening output - Model

The models of rotary vibrating screen are divided into three grades: large (DH-1500, DH-1800), medium (DH-800, DH-1000, DH-1200) and small (DH-400, DH-600). Users who can meet their needs for household use or small output can choose a small type of rotary vibrating screen; users who have a large demand for output are recommended to choose a large-scale rotary vibrating screen such as 1200, 1500, and 1800.

Note: The size of the available site will affect the selection of the vibrating screen model.

2. Material characteristics (purpose of use) - Screen mesh

The screen mesh of the rotary vibrating screen can be as fine as 500 mesh (0.028mm). Before choosing the type of rotary vibrating screen, you must clarify the material characteristics (liquid, powder, granule) and the purpose of use (classification, impurity removal).

For liquid materials and powder materials, choose a screen with high mesh and dense mesh; for granular materials, you can choose a larger screen;

If it is used for classification, a multi-layer screen can be selected according to the classification requirements (up to 5 layers and 6 levels); if it is simple impurity removal, a single-layer screen can be selected to meet the screening needs.

3. Material type -Screen material

The material of the vibrating screen is carbon steel and 304 stainless steel, which can be selected according to different needs. When the material is chemical, metal, plastic, etc., carbon steel can be selected for screening; if the material is medicine, salt, sugar and other materials with high hygiene requirements, 304 stainless steel is recommended.
