2. Spreading when the concave belt is suspended

In the concave belt section, when the radius of curvature of the concave section is small, the belt will be suspended. At this time, the belt groove condition changes, because the belt has left the grooved roller group, and the groove angle is generally small, so that some materials are sprinkled. Therefore, a larger concave radius of curvature should be used as much as possible during the design phase to avoid such a situation. For example, in the mobile mechanical ship loader and stacker and reclaimer equipment, in order to shorten the tail car, the concave section is designed to have no arc transition interval, and it is easier to spread when the belt width selection margin is small.

3. Dispensing at the transfer point

The material at the transfer point is mainly at the falling hopper, the guide trough, and the like. If the belt conveyor is seriously overloaded, the rubber groove of the belt conveyor of the belt conveyor is damaged. The steel plate at the guide groove is designed to be longer than the rubber skirt of the belt to make the material rush out of the guide groove.
