Ⅰ.Whether the screen and the check port are level or too high

Ⅱ.Is the screen surface or the discharge port level?

Solution: This point is directly related to the screening effect of the equipment; if it is not horizontal, it should be adjusted in time. If it is not in the horizontal state, please adjust it in time. You can add shock-absorbing feet to the vibrating screen.

Ⅲ.The problem of the angle of the vibrating screen motor

Solution: If the angle of the motor is too small, the material will spread out quickly, which is unfavorable for the screening effect. When the material is released from the center at 30 degrees, the speed is faster than 60 degrees. Therefore, the motor angle will be normal under normal circumstances. Adjusting to 45 degrees is just right, so we should grasp the motor angle problem.

Ⅳ.The screen mesh is not tightened

If the screen mesh is not tightened, the material and the screen mesh will move synchronously and lose the elastic function of the screen itself. Therefore, the force of the screen is even and the tightness is very important.

Solution: Before using the vibrating screen, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out on the screen part of the vibrating screen to prevent the vibrating screen from appearing in the process of screening materials due to the screen mesh being not tightened.
